We have purchased two properties with Vicki as our agent. These weren't our first real estate transactions, but they were both far and away the best.
Vicki took the time needed to work with us. She understands every aspect of the real estate process and used her knowledge to act truly on our behalf, taking care of sticky negotiating points, explaining the implications, and answering our questions. When there were problems with one of the properties, she stepped in and just got it fixed.

If you are reading this and deciding whether or not to work with Vicki....take my word and work with Vicki. I have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly. I honestly feel like I can trust Vicki, and am looking forward to working with her again when the time comes. Prior to meeting Vicki, I had purchased and sold two properties - all transactions with different real estate agents. Nothing terrible happened in any of the purchases or sales, but after the fact, I never wanted to use any of the agents again - I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Vicki definitely did. She was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very thorough in her research. She was very great about asking me questions, finding out what I wanted, what my limits were, and then building a bid that could actually compete and would leave me feeling good. She went above and beyond when I had questions about the house that the listing agent couldn't answer, and even helped me research a handful of items during the escrow period. Vicki knows the real estate market in our area very well. Our contract was complicated as it involved the sale of our home and contingent purchase of a new home built in a newly created plat. Not only did she advise us (buyers) but also the sellers which were new to the new constructions process.
Vicki was instrumental in staging our for sale home properly to present the property in the best light and provided guidance through entire process with patience and professionalism. Our home sold fast and for a good price.
On the buying side, the purchase included a rental agreement that had to be extended longer than expected and she helped us negotiate a good deal with sellers.
If you want to present your home in the best possible light to sell quickly or if you have a non-standard deal I would highly recommend her for your transaction.

I don't know how she continues to work so hard especially at night or on weekends. Nothing was easy due to technicalities for our sale and our purchase.
